VNU President Le Quan hopes that the VNU Industry Collaboration Hub and the Alumni Club will create a forum to connect and open up cooperation opportunities for businesses.
Speaking at the ceremony, VNU President Le Quan said that, implementing the social responsibility of Vietnam's leading university, in recent years, VNU has established and well-operated channel for general education" and "Quality Channel of Higher Education and Career" with the companionship of thousands of teachers, hundreds of higher education institutions, and careers at home and abroad.

The resolution of the 6th Conference of the 11th Party Central Committee affirmed that universities must be centers for scientific and technological research, technology transfer and application in production and life; have close links with enterprises, employers, training institutions and the state to develop human resources according to social needs, consider enterprises as the center of innovation and technology transfer. VNU Industry Collaboration Hub - A platform to support and promote the development of the business community
On June 29, 2022, the President of VNU signed and promulgated Decision No. 2188/QD-ĐHQGHN approving the project of establishing the "VNU Industry Collaboration Hub" at the address: https://vic.vnu.edu.vn/. The VNU Industry Collaboration Hub was established to concretize the guidelines and policies of the Party and State and implement the development strategy of VNU until 2030, with a vision to 2045, in which priority is given to the economy, culture, society and human development of Vietnam in general and the business ecosystem in particular.

The establishment of the VNU Industry Collaboration Hub (VIC) aims to promote two-way transfer. On the one hand, liberating resources from within VNU is associated with the responsibility to serve the community; on the other hand, attracting resources from the business community for training activities, scientific research, technology transfer, start-up, innovation and human resource development of the parties.
The main connection axes of the VNU Industry Collaboration Hub include: (1) Connection to develop human resources for enterprises, improve corporate governance capacity; (2) Connect to develop business support services; (3) Connecting to promote entrepreneurship, innovation, science & technology application, technology incubation, science & technology business incubation; (4) Connecting to attract and promote investment; (5) Connect to support VNU and other universities to develop.
With 5 main axes of activities, VNU aims to become a soon to become an Industry Collaboration Hub convergence of the business community to create resonant values for the business community and society with the slogan action “Connecting businesses, Sharing opportunities to develop the future”.

Launching the Executive Board of the Alumni Club
On the same day, VNU launched the Executive Board of the Alumni Club with 28 alumni of VNU who have been contributing and joining hands with generations of students for the sustainable development of ĐHQGHN.

The Executive Board of the VNU Alumni Club consists of 28 members who are alumni of VNU.
The Executive Board of the Alumni Club was established under Decision No. 1892/QD-ĐHQGHN dated June 8, 2022. With the spirit of "Joining hands for development", the Alumni Club will be the place to connect generations of alumni, students, and graduate students - intellectual entrepreneurs to accompany and contribute to the development of VNU.
The alumni community together with VNU's business partners participate in the Industry Collaboration Hub, pioneering in building an innovation ecosystem, connecting businesses at VNU.
