VNU Investment Promotion Conference 2022: Many public-private partnership agreements signed
On December 10, 2022, VNU held the 2022 Investment Promotion Conference to attract resources and call for investment in VNU’s construction, teaching and research activities under the direction of the Prime Minister on a “5-in-1” university town model. This is an activity to celebrate the 29th anniversary of the Government’s promulgation of the Decree on VNU (December 10, 1993 - December 10, 2022).
Meeting on Sylff Scholarship between Tokyo Foundation and Vietnam National University, Hanoi and Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City
On April 14, 2023, at Lecture Hall HT1, a meeting between Tokyo Foundation, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) and Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City (VNUHCM) on the management and usage of fellowship funding from the SYLFF Program took place.
First intake of students in Hoa Lac - a mark in the development history of VNU
On February 13, 2023, VNU President Le Quan held a dialogue with students studying in Hoa Lac. This is the third time the Director has talked to students to better understand their feelings, aspirations, and concerns in order to answer their questions and take their recommendations, thereby fostering students' love for VNU and contributing to improving the quality of student life. Also, on this occasion, the President of VNU and the lecturers gave gifts to encourage and motivate the first-year students at Hoa Lac; the gifts were sponsored by the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) supporting the Fund for Nurturing Young Talents of VNU.
The first opening ceremony of the new school year of VNU in Hoa Lac
On October 23rd, 2022, VNU held the first opening ceremony at the Vietnam National University, Hanoi, campus in Hoa Lac. This is a historical event for VNU teachers and students, especially 1,500 students of the QH.2022 generation of the University of Education, University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Vietnam Japan University, and International School, which is their first time studying in person in Hoa Lac.
VNU AND HA TINH PROVINCE SIGN A COMPREHENSIVE COOPERATION AGREEMENT
On March 16, 2023, in Ha Tinh, VNU's delegation led by VNU Party Committee Secretary, President Le Quan, had a working session and signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement in education, science and technology, and implementation consultation for the 2023 - 2027 period with Ha Tinh province authorities.
